1. Service Description

SchengenScore provides a free online visa readiness assessment tool designed for Indian passport holders planning to apply for Schengen visas. The Service consists of a questionnaire that evaluates your profile across multiple dimensions and generates a readiness score, red flags, personalized action plan, document checklist, and consulate recommendation.

The Service is provided free of charge and is accessible via the website at schengenscore.com.

SchengenScore is NOT legal advice. The assessment, scores, recommendations, and all other outputs of the Service are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute immigration advice, legal counsel, or professional consultation of any kind.

SchengenScore does NOT guarantee visa approval or predict visa rejection. A high score does not mean your visa will be approved. A low score does not mean your visa will be rejected. Visa decisions are made solely by consular officers based on their independent evaluation of your application, and their decisions are influenced by many factors that no external tool can assess or predict.

You should not rely solely on the SchengenScore assessment when making decisions about your visa application. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified immigration professional if you have specific concerns about your application.

3. Accuracy of Information

The scoring methodology used by SchengenScore is based on commonly observed patterns in Schengen visa processing for Indian nationals. It draws on publicly available information, stated consulate requirements, and general trends in visa approvals and rejections.

However, consulate evaluation criteria can change without notice, processing standards vary between countries and even between individual officers, and there are factors that influence visa decisions which cannot be captured by any questionnaire. We make reasonable efforts to keep our methodology current, but we cannot guarantee that it reflects the latest evaluation practices of every Schengen consulate.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, which is zero (the Service is free).

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written permission. You may share your personal assessment results for personal, non-commercial purposes.
