Refund & Cancellation Policy

SchengenScore (operated by Tiny Infinity) sells digital products and AI-generated content. Please read this policy before making a purchase.

Digital Products (Smart Prep, Application Kit, Cover Letter, Itinerary Builder, Bank Analyzer, Rejection Decoder)

All digital products are delivered instantly after payment. Since the AI-generated content (cover letters, bank strategies, itineraries, rejection analysis) is created specifically for your profile and delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds on digital products.

However, we want you to be satisfied:

  • If the AI-generated content failed to generate or is blank/corrupted, we will either regenerate it or issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours and we will issue a full refund or switch you to the correct product.
  • If you purchased a product but did not receive it due to a technical error, we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund within 7 days.

Managed Service (Rs.5,999)

  • If no consultant has been assigned within 48 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the consultant's service within the first 7 days, contact us and we will either assign a new consultant or issue a full refund.
  • Once the consultant has begun working on your application (document review started), refunds are not available as the service has been rendered.

Free Assessment

The visa readiness assessment is completely free. No payment is collected and therefore no refund applies.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@schengenscore.com with:

  • Your name and email used during purchase
  • The product purchased
  • Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation)
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation

All purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel. Once purchased, your content is accessible permanently through your results link.
